Brandon Taylor Missing; Search Underway For Missing Boater Brandon Taylor 42, Off Florida Coast
Brandon was last seen around 6:30 a.m., treading water and wearing tan shorts after he and a friend were ejected from their boat in rough sea conditions while headed to the Middle Grounds from Tarpon Springs.
According to family, the incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. on September 10, 2025, when high seas caused the men to be thrown overboard. Brandon’s friend was miraculously rescued around 1:00 p.m., but Brandon remains missing, prompting an intensive search effort.
The Coast Guard is conducting a full-scale search operation, with crews actively working through the night. Helicopters, boats, and rescue teams are scouring the Gulf of Mexico, leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to locate him.
Brandon’s family is devastated but holding on to hope, asking for prayers and support from the community.
