A Seamless Leadership Transition

A Leader Who Inspired Beyond the Boardroom

As the industry reflects on his contributions, one thing is clear: Bill DiCroce’s legacy extends far beyond infrastructure and emissions targets. He leaves behind a blueprint for sustainable leadership one that balances **business growth with environmental stewardship and technical expertise with human connection.
His impact will continue to resonate as Vicinity Energy and the broader energy sector build upon his vision. While he steps back from day-to-day operations, his influence remains a testament to a career defined not just by what he achieved, but by how he inspired others to achieve more.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Bill for his leadership and look forward to the next chapter of Vicinity’s journey under his continued guidance as Executive Chairman.
