Dan Pray Obituary-Death News; Motorcycle/ATV Crash Near Ormond Beach Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Seriously Injured

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 11:50 p.m. on State Road 40, just west of Pine Woods Road. Pray was riding his motorcycle eastbound when an all-terrain vehicle, driven by a 28-year-old Ormond Beach woman with a 22-year-old female passenger, entered the eastbound right grass shoulder and collided head-on with the motorcycle.

Pray was pronounced dead at the scene. The ATV occupants were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities are urging drivers to remain cautious on the roadways, especially at night.
