Glendora Ford Obituary-Death News; Kingdom Impact Global Ministries Pastor Chief Apostle William T. Ford Wife Glendora Ford Dies

The Kingdom Impact Global Ministries family and the greater Fayetteville community are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Apostle Glendora F. Ford, co-pastor, spiritual mentor, devoted wife, and guiding light to many.

She passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a powerful legacy of faith, leadership, compassion, and unwavering service. Apostle Glendora Ford was the beloved wife of Chief Apostle William T. Ford, Sr., pastor and founder of Kingdom Impact Global Ministries in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Together, they served not only as spiritual leaders to their congregation but as devoted partners in life and ministry. Their union was built on mutual love, dedication, and a shared vision to bring healing and hope to God’s people.

Born in Abbottsburg, NC, and raised in Bladen County, Glendora was the fourth of seven children of the late Bessie Faulkner. Her roots were grounded in faith from the very beginning.

She was saved and baptized at the young age of 14 and began her spiritual journey at First Pentecostal FWB Church under the guidance of the late Pastor R.J. Avery. Growing up in a pastor’s home, she quickly learned what it meant to serve and to lead.

Her early ministry involvement included serving as an usher, choir member and director, Sunday school teacher, and director of Women’s Fellowship. Her academic journey reflected her love for knowledge and service.

She attended Cumberland County Public Schools, then studied dietetics at NC A&T State University for three years. She later earned credentials in Food Service and Secretarial Science at Fayetteville Technical Community College, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Calvary Theological Seminary in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Apostle Glendora was a licensed, ordained minister who faithfully preached the gospel for over eight years. Her calling was clear: to uplift, teach, and bring healing to others especially women.

She was known for her sensitive anointing and deeply relevant sermons that touched hearts and sparked transformation. She understood the challenges women face balancing ministry, careers, and family because she lived those challenges herself. Yet through it all, she remained a steadfast example of grace and strength.

In addition to her ministry, Apostle Glendora worked full-time for the Cumberland County School System, embodying her belief that service extends beyond the church walls. Her dedication to education, community, and personal development was a reflection of her holistic approach to life and ministry.

She often spoke of becoming an author, affirming that there were “many, many books” inside her waiting to be birthed. Books filled with testimonies, spiritual insights, and messages of liberation for women who needed to be reminded of their worth and God-given power. She believed in speaking things into existence and living by faith.

Above all, Apostle Glendora was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Apostle William T. Ford, Sr., and their three adult children: William Jr., LaTia, and Stephon, as well as her precious grandson, Camden, whom she adored.

Her sudden departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her life’s work and spiritual influence will continue to inspire for generations. The Kingdom Impact Global Ministries family and all who loved her find peace in knowing she ran her race with faith, love, and unwavering devotion.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the family in the coming days. Apostle Glendora Ford’s legacy will live on through the ministry she helped build, the people she touched, and the unwavering faith she so boldly shared.
