Johnny Terrell Burns, a 40-year-old resident of Enterprise, Mississippi, was found dead late Friday night after a suspected hit-and-run incident on Highway 513 in Clarke County.
According to Sgt. Jemeka Moore of the Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H, authorities received a report around 10:30 p.m. about a person lying on the roadway.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging anyone with information to contact the Mississippi Highway Patrol or local law enforcement.
