Joshua Morse Obituary-Death News; Rodeo Rider, Joshua Morse Passes Away Following An Accident
The rodeo community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Joshua Morse, a passionate and skilled rodeo rider who tragically passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, following a serious accident during a competition.
Joshua, a beloved figure in the local rodeo scene, sustained critical injuries on Saturday, July 12th, during an event where he was doing what he loved most, riding. Emergency services responded swiftly, and Joshua was first transported to Woodstock General Hospital, where medical personnel worked urgently to stabilize him.
Due to the severity of his injuries, he was transferred that same day to the Critical Care Trauma Unit at Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in London, Ontario. For five days, Joshua remained in a medically induced coma, surrounded by loved ones and supported by an outpouring of community prayers and well-wishes.
Joshua will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to the rodeo, his fearless spirit in the arena, and his kind and generous heart outside of it. Friends, family, and fellow riders have described him as someone who lived life with passion and purpose, bringing joy to those around him.
