Kenneth was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting near Bannister Road and James A. Reed Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident, which occurred just before 11:30 p.m., is believed by investigators to have stemmed from an argument—now recognized as the second leading cause of homicides in the city.
Born in 2002, Kenneth was a vibrant young man whose life was filled with promise. Though his time with us was far too short, he touched the lives of many with his spirit, kindness, and determination.
