Washington left his home at approximately 6:30 PM on the evening of July 11, 2025, and has not been seen or heard from since a brief phone call at 8:00 PM that night.
According to the reporting party, who spoke with Washington via cellphone, Steven stated he was “still walking, just thinking,” before abruptly hanging up. Since then, all attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful, and his current whereabouts remain unknown.
Washington has a documented history of serious medical and mental health conditions, including depression, heavy alcohol use, seizures, and chronic lung and heart issues. He requires six daily medications to manage these conditions, but he does not have any of his prescriptions with him.
